Background

PD-1-IN-1 is an inhibitor of programmed cell dealth-1 (PD-1) extracted from patent WO2015033299A1, compound example 4. PD-1-IN-1 can be used as immune modulator[1].


PD-1 is a co-receptor that is expressed predominantly by T cells. The binding of PD-1 to its ligands, PD-L1 or PD-L2, is vital for the physiological regulation of the immune system[1].
