Background

Mcl1-IN-9 is a potent myeloid cell leukemia-1 (Mcl-1) Inhibitor with an IC50 of 446 nM in reengineered BCR-ABL+ B-ALL cells and a Ki of 0.03 nM[1]. Mcl-1|0.03 nM (Ki)


Mcl1-IN-9 inhibits growth of Mcl-1 dependent tumor cell lines in the nanomolar range[1].


Mcl1-IN-9 inhibits the growth of hematological and triple negative breast cancer xenografts at well tolerated doses[1].
